The G5/1.75 N type filter is suitable for solid phase particles uniform and particle size in 0.01 ~ 1 mm, concentration in 5% ~ 60%, moderate viscosity and permeability of the suspension. The specific conditions of use are as follows:

1, within two minutes of filtration time of suspension of the thickness of the filter cake is not less than 5 mm.

2, not too big, the proportion of solid phase particle size is not too thick, solid phase velocity for each second is not more than 12 mm.

3, fairly under the vacuum inside the drum, the temperature at which the filter does not exceed the gasification temperature.

4, filter quantity is larger, the occasion of continuous operation.
