      空气炮的操作十分灵活,可采用手动、电动单个、成组放炮、定时自动放炮等控制方法。操作时先打开手动球阀，气体便自动进入炮体，需要放炮时按一下启动按钮，给换向阀一个脉冲电信号，空气炮即通过排气口喷出强大冲击气流，能量释放后自动恢复充气状态，随时可完成第二个工作循环。

【空气炮操作及控制】

      控制是靠操纵按钮来完成的，自动控制系统靠空气炮控制仪执行。一个安全自动化的系统，为了操纵更多的空气炮，用一个固定的定时信号发生装置控制每台空气炮，自动地按预定间隔时间放炮。控制系统也可以采用可编程式控制器(P L C)对整个工艺系统进行控制，如需人工操作，运行人员依据操作面板上的按钮，对空气炮系统进行顺序控制，也可对单个空气炮进行单独操作。

【控制原理及功能】

      操作人员启动空气炮并动行后，P L C根据预先编制的程序，由自动称重皮带机控制仪或空气炮自动控制仪发出信号，开始启动第一台空气炮;P L C延迟一定时间后，启动第二台空气炮直至启动数次，相应的空气炮启动后，P L C 延迟一定时间再开始下一循环控制。所有延迟时间均可在线随时调整。控制装置同样具有手动控制功能，操纵人员切换至手动后，由操纵人员手动启动各个电磁阀，相应空气炮启动。

本控制系统的三种控制方式
