       Working principle: After the ash tank uses compressed air to fluidize the ash, the valve is opened to transport the material through the pipeline;
       Product features: The ash tank has the advantages of fast ash speed, adjustable ash amount, no remaining ash, etc.
       Structure: 1 vertical ash inlet pipe, 2 exhaust pipe, 3 base, 4 gasification system, 5 ash outlet pipe, 6 pressure gauge, 7 safety valve, 8 traction lifting lug;
       Operation procedures: Place the equipment smoothly on the solid ground around the well site and fix it firmly; Before using the equipment, check whether the valve rotation is flexible, intact, and whether it is in the correct position; Check whether the ash intake, ash discharge and emptying pipes are smooth, and whether the connection of the pipes is firm......

       Feed instructions:
       1. Connect the ash hose quick connector of the oil field special ash tanker with the ash inlet connector of the cement pit ash tank;
       2. Close the butterfly valve of the ash pipe, open the emptying valve, tie the dust bag (or connect the dust collector);
       3. Start the vehicle-mounted air compressor of the ash tanker, and slowly open the ash butterfly valve on the ash tanker when the pressure inside the ash tanker rises by **0.15 ~ 0.2Mpa, and feed ash into the ash tanker; [Note: It must be ensured that the emptying valve of the lower ash tank is always open during the ash loading process]
       4. When the amount of ash meets the requirements, stop entering ash;
       5. Remove the ash hose, cover the blind plate of the upper ash pipe mouth, close the emptying valve, and complete the ash loading operation.
       Discharge instructions:
       1. Connect the intake pipe and ash pipe, and close the exhaust valve and ash pipe butterfly valve.
       2. Start the gas supply system and gasification system. When the pressure gauge pointer of the cementing underground ash tank points above 0.15MPa, open the ash discharge valve and start conveying materials.
       3. Keep the gas supply pressure between 0.18MPa-0.2MPa;
       4. When the required quantity is reached, close the ash discharge valve;
       5. Stop the air supply, close the intake valve, and slowly open the exhaust valve;
       6. When the pressure gauge drops to 0Mpa, remove the connecting pipe and remove the ash.
       Installation and maintenance:
       1. The valves remain flexible and reliable;
       2. Regularly remove debris in the upper ash pipeline, lower ash pipeline and auxiliary blowing pipeline;
       3. Keep pressure gauge and safety valve intact;
       Installation suggestions:
       If the lower ash tank is placed separately, it can be fixed by four cables.
